Swimming

Swimming requires shoulder, back, and core strength, plus coordination for efficient strokes. Movement training builds rotator cuff stability, spinal mobility, and overall muscular balance. Strengthening supporting muscles and correcting imbalances reduces shoulder injuries, improves propulsion, and enhances endurance across all strokes.

You can choose from over 100 exercise videos, dozens of linked exercise programs, and several follow along programs to help you perform yyour chosen exercise with ease. Some of the more popular fitness routines include yoga, pilates and TRX. 

Start from the basics

You can learn the basic and important exercise movements that are used for all of the different exercises. This will help you to progress more effectively, as you won’t be working towards the same goal each time you perform an exercise.
